“We can’t thank you enough for the amazing love and care that you gave to Kendall and Abby during both the ‘ups’ and the ‘downs.’ You went above and beyond to ensure that they both had the best possible care and that meant the world to us!

“Rich and I want to thank you for all of the care you have given and continue to give Maddy. We’re so appreciative of the time you have taken to research medications to try to improve her quality of life. The phone calls and time you take to talk and explain to us; as they say PRICELESS! We know we have chosen the right place and doctor to care for our Maddy and Toby.

“A special thank you for your concern, interest, and guidance with Patton during his illness. Patton was in the best of hands and we appreciate everything you did to help him and us through the process. (Your clinic) is so fortunate to have such a dedicated person/doctor like yourself.

“I can’t thank you enough for the incredible care Jake received from you during his last year. From calling to check on him and calling in prescriptions on your day off to taking the time to thoughtfully adjust dosages to meet his needs, you consistently went above and beyond. Knowing that he was getting such outstanding care from someone I could trust to act in his best interest relieved a great deal of worry and guilt and allowed me to enjoy the time I had with him.

“Dr. Sullivan has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty and I can’t say enough good things about him. My dog Daisy had a problem with her eye while he was on vacation and he actually checked the picture I emailed and let the staff know what to do for her. I’d always hated having to take my oldest dog to the vet because he had a heart condition and would always need to be held down by a tech to be examined, which was traumatic for both of us. The very first time Dr. Sullivan examined him, rather than call someone in to hold him when he started to get upset, he said ‘let’s just give him a minute to calm down.'
